The old Red Hat Linux wallpapers were the best, these old images, including a large selection of tiling images from the Propaganda collection, really made a Gnome 2.2 desktop stand out. Plus the space wallpapers. These are amazing. These may still be downloaded in 2023. They are very old noarch packages and may easily be unpacked and the images extracted. Download these packages here.
With AI upscaling, these images could be used on a modern Linux desktop, either that or find the source images and make a higher resolution version of all of the images. The tiling Propaganda images make a modern desktop environment look very good indeed.
