There is an all-new AI model coded to mimic the average 4chan poster. This AI can reply just like a human poster on 4chan. This is amazing. This means that some or most posters on that imageboard could be bots and not even humans. That is quite concerning if someone wastes time posting there and actually replies to bot posts. That is the same as replying to bot spam comments on an unsecured website. I mean what the heck? The future of AI with computer technology advancing exponentially is quite incredible. They could be writing movie scripts and doing technical support text chat on a website instead of a human. If the algorithms for analysing text and formulating a response get that good, then technical support staff could have far fewer hours of work for sure. That could either be a good thing or a bad thing unless we are heading into a Star Trek styled post-scarcity future. They had a computer that could use voice commands and generate a 3D model of a person from verbal descriptions. But I guess we are still a while away from a Star Trek machine with Gigaquads of storage space. Even the computers in Star Trek Voyager were far more advanced than the computers in The Next Generation set 7 years earlier.

This site I linked is not safe for work though, it might have quite concerning themes and ideas considering how it was trained. But it shows the abilities of Artificial Intelligence and what the future holds. AI is getting better and better at emulating human thought patterns and writing styles. So this is only the beginning. The future of the Internet will be very interesting for sure. But if most posters on 4chan are bots then you can not trust anything posted there. There are constant doomsday threads on /x/ claiming that an asteroid will hit the 🌎 or aliens are going to invade us. But it is hilarious to read through. Even if it will never happen. Reading a thread posted 1 day and 7 hours ago saying that the world will end in 2 hours. It is very funny. And the /pol/ board, a cesspool of racism and hate always claims the White Race will take back the 🗺 and “save us” but nothing they start ever comes to light. So maybe the site will be better if the entire userbase was bots talking to bots instead of humans. Imagine an entire imageboard website that is just 🤖 chatting to 🤖.
