The PC game Arma Reforger is still very unstable even in 2023. This is not a good look if they want to make an Arma 4 game and they still can not fix the constant server crashes and session errors over a year after the release. You would think they would put effort into fixing something like this, but no. This is just too much effort for them. Why put up with constant server crashes and poor performance on such a game that is using a new engine that is already outdated and does not even support tunnels underground, even though Far Cry 3 had that in 2012? Far Cry 3 had huge underground areas. Giant submarine pens and ship docks in underground tunnels that could be accessed from the ocean. If Arma Reforger had this it would be great, but the Enfusion engine still needs years of work before it is even ready for a 1.0 release. This is a fact. And the Arma 3 Alpha had more content, it had a helicopter and more items. Plus single-player missions like the Helicopter Showcase.

If they bothered to fix any of the issues with the game it would be much better, but this may not happen at all for another year. The game has been out for 422 days and still no fixes for the networking issues the lag and poor performance. I doubt the engine in its current state could cope with 60 players and tanks and jets, plus the constant explosions and constant networking traffic a busy server would require. Maybe wait a while before purchasing this game if you want to try it out. It needs a lot of work first.
Even after the recent update 9.9, it runs even worse than before, and session errors and bugs are present in the game. The servers can crash and dump all players with no warning. This is great for a game in 2023 to be this bad.
