Sometimes on Google Drive, you will get a download quota message and you can not download the file you wish to get, this can be fixed though. Just create a shortcut to the file in your own Google Drive instance and then right-click this and choose “Download”. This will download the original file and bypass the quota limit. This seems to work just fine. Another way is to create a folder in your Google Drive and make a shortcut in there, but this seems to be a very nice trick. Give this a go and see how you get on with this.
