The new version of the Stalker OP 2.2 Culmalative Pack mod has been released on the Internet, this is a mega soup mod with many months of gameplay and fun therein.

This mod includes the Stalker Shadow of Chernobyl storyline as well as a massive collection of extended soup questlines that all lead to a satisfying conclusion. The ending cutscene for the mod is amazing and action-packed, it reminds me of a Micheal Bay movie. The move to a 64-bit engine means no more out-of-memory crashes in Jupiter and Zaton, especially in the massive Waves of Monsters fight where you fight a massive horde of monsters for 4 in-game days. many things have changed regarding the storyline in 2.2, namely Akill gives out fewer random teleports to certain areas, and the unused maps like East Cordon might actually be used instead of being relatively empty maps that you need the teleporter item to get to. This is amazing. Some things have been made harder.
- *- Some of the quests that were familiar earlier in 2.1 are now limited in time. Do not fall into this trap, you can lose valuable devices needed to complete the mod.
- *- Under no circumstances climb out the window to Petrenko in the bar and do not wander unnecessarily along the embankment on the Cordon without paying for the passage with vodka – it is fraught with the loss of reputation with the Duty and the military, respectively, which you will not be able to notice right away, but when you rush, it is possible you have to replay large chunks of the plot.
There are plague rats now that give you sickness, stay away from them as much as possible. And pay to cross the embankment with Vodka, do not jump over the train tracks, there is radiation there now. Just do it the proper way, unless you want to lose reputation with Duty and Military, which will severely impact the ability to complete the mod. And some familiar quests are now time-limited, so preparation for each task is essential, this will help you complete them in time. Care and attention are needed to complete the mod successfully, although it will take longer than 2.1 to finish as there would be extra tasks. The Akill questline might be even longer, and the discs for Adriadna might be harder to get. But there is less micro stutter when playing, this is a good thing. You no longer would need to use low graphics settings when playing on Zaton now. But even in New Arsenal 6, I needed to do that as well, I kept getting crashes for some reason. Zaton map is large and detailed so it stands to reason it would have issues. But a 64-bit engine does help.

This mod during installation allows the player to disable radio music completely, this is good if you wish to upload footage to Youtube or Twitch and not get a copyright strike. A nice move by the developers. This is very nice. A good way to help out the players.
