This is a very good extension I have found, this moves the dash into the top bar, coupled with a nice menu plugin makes Gnome Shell very usable.

Google Earth Wallpaper: https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/1295/google-earth-wallpaper/. This is a lovely extension to randomly set a wallpaper from a large curated collection of Google Earth photos. This is very nice indeed.
Bing Wallpaper: https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/1262/bing-wallpaper-changer/. Another lovely Gnome Shell extension. This will set your wallpaper to the random daily wallpapers used on Bing.com.
Media controls: https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/4470/media-controls/. This extension shows the currently playing media in the top bar, this includes web videos. I was playing a video on Odysee and this was allowed to be controlled. This is amazing. This would be a most useful extension for music lovers.
Drop Down terminal: https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/3780/ddterm/. A lovely drop-down terminal for the Gnome Shell interface, this makes using the terminal a lot of fun. Just press F12 to hide and show the terminal window.
