The new Arma Reforger game is still a mess 235 days after the alpha release, this is amazing. And the constant networking errors with players glitching around the place, plus the server freezing up and then unfreezing later. This is not a good advertisement for Arma 4 if it even comes to fruition. When will this ever be fixed and they start on the Arma 4 Alpha? Another bug I have seen in Arma Reforger is the first-person view has the camera behind the character`s face, this shows the teeth and eyebrows in front of the first-person camera. This is horrifying. And of course, it won’t be fixed for a long time. This is game development in 2023, lazy and incompetent.
Bohemia’s 3 options are:
- A) release a proper sequel to Arma 3, a game a lot of players from the former Arma games hated, including me
- B) release a different kind of game
- C) eventually go bankrupt because Arma 3 shit eaters who buy any piece of DLC that gets released won’t sustain their company forever.
- D) become irrelevant if another company ever decides to become a competitor by making the same kind of games
in my eyes, A is the most realistic and inevitable option. I think a lot of the core gameplay in reforger gives hope for what Arma 4 will bring. Still, it will take bohemia not being lazy as hell to actually make Arma 4 good. a solid foundation is there, but it is on them to build something worthy upon it.

This is not good if you wish to make a successful military simulation game. They need to pick up their game, fix all the issues, and work harder to make a better product. Internal Errors and vehicles falling under the map are still a regular occurrence. Which is embarrassing in 2023. This should be an urgent fix, but this is Bohemia we are talking about here. They never fix anything in a hurry. The retarded playerbase will keep on playing anyway, the quality of games does not matter, as long as you can play most of the time, it does not even matter if there are constant kicks and glitches, it is 2023 after all, the old programmers are dead and new ones are not capable of making anything that is the quality of older games.

Plus actual working AI. The AI in Reforger can not even drive yet.
