Even though the user agent reports I am running macOS Monterey, there are still ways to get the OS. This can also get my screen resolution and my timezone. But if you are really paranoid you would block scripts and Java ♨, that would stop most fingerprinting, although it could detect that you are not using scripts, but you still visited the website and this would stand out.
