S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2 Heart of Chornobyl will be available in Q1 2024. This is very exciting news, the release will be a momentous event, this will finally allow us to see actual gameplay footage and learn about any quirks in the game engine. I can not wait to see what mods are made for the new game engine. Will we see Объединенный пак made for Stalker 2? Imagine a massive soup mod for the Unreal engine. But this is going to be good if the rookie village is available for Stalker 2, and the player can walk all the way to the Garbage and then Rostok factory while seeing all the sights along the way instead of using a level transition and teleporting to the next map. That would be a very good feature. The ability to explore the areas between maps such as Yantar and Wild Territory. I do wonder if the CNPP map will be all in one area. I just wish we could get areas like the build Rostok map. That was amazing, especially in OLR 2.5 mod where it had underground tunnels all around. That is a lot of fun to explore at night.
In the Lost Alpha mod, Wild Territory and Rostok bar are combined into one large map, as well as the CNPP front and back are combined into large maps. This works very well. The entrance in that case is the exit that you use when you leave the CNPP after declining to help the C-CON in Stalker Shadow of Chernobyl.
