The ElevenLabs voice AI website has a new technology. This allows the translation of voices to another language whilst preserving the tone of the original voice. This is rather like the Star Trek universal translator, this can take a YouTube video of a speech and translate this into another language. This is an amazing technology. This will only get better and better, this allows the translation of a keynote speech at a University to another language for a local class to watch for example. The future is truly here. Below is an example. This is an African-American rapper translated into Chinese.
Another example. This is Alex Jones translated into Japanese. This worked fine, but it does not seem to work well with softer voices in movie scenes. But speeches would be fine.
