This system I found online is a good way to get After Action replay or AAR for Arma 3. This requires it to be set up on an Arma 3 Server, but this would be great to have for a serious milsim server.

This comprises a server-side addon and a web server bundled with the files that allow After Action Review of the military operation in Arma 3. It is amazing what the community can come up with when a need arises. I do wonder if Arma 4 would allow this as well, the new Enscript looks promising. Have a look around the GitHub site. Join the project discord to get more information and help concerning this amazing system. To finish the mission and upload all data, you do need to end the mission properly, this could be done in a trigger or the debug console.
